Survivor 1 & 2:

The name of the game is to pick a single team from each week's games and hope it wins. These are double elimination events where elmination occurs after two losses.

How To Play :

1) Each week pick one team to win (no spreads involved) from the various teams playing for each particular week.

2) You may only pick a team once during the season regardless whether they win or lose. This is considered the main team pick.

3) A second team, the tie breaker team, is used in event of ties at the conclusion of the pool. There is no restriction on the team from week to week other than it can't be the same team as your main team. So bascially, you could pick the same tie breaker team week after week as long as it's available.

3) Any team may be selected as long as its game hasn't started. Team selections can be changed up to the scheduled starting time.

How To Win :

5) Your team MUST WIN the game. Ties LOSE! You are allowed one loss and eliminated with two losses.

6) The single winner will be declared anytime during the season if they are only person that has not been eliminated.

7) The winner(s) will be declared if they have the fewest losses after the regular season (18th week).

8) In the event that more than one person has the same amount of fewest losses after the 18th week, then the following tie breaker rules will kick in.

Tie Breaker Rules :

9) Players tied with the fewest losses at season end will share the prize amount. The winnings split percentage wise based upon their tie breaker wins.
ex: Player 1 = 10 wins, Player 2 = 15 wins. If the pot was $100 then the winnings would be split:
Player 1: 10/25 = $40 - Player 2: 15/25 = $60

10) If all the remaining people are eliminated together in the same week, then they continue on as if the losing week didn't occur. The pool ends at the end of the regular season. If the remaining people are eliminated on the last week then the winnings are split as mentioned above.

Other Stuff :

12) The favored team on the last game of the week will be used as a default pick if a person didn't make a selection for that week's games. If they already used the default team, then the other team will be used. In the event that neither default team be used then the week will go down as a loss.

13) You may select a team for the current week and the weeks thereafter in advance up to the last week of the regular season. PLEASE PICK A WEEK AHEAD. It's for your own good. You can always change your pick. Doing so insures that you will not be stuck with the default pick or possibly with a loss.

Survivor 1 : Starts the first week of the season. It closes to new entries at the start of the last game of week 1. There is no main default team for the first week. Any entry that didn't make a team pick will be removed after the last game of the week.

Survivor 2 : Same as Survivor 1 except this pool starts at week 6 with no default main team the first week. This is considered the second chance pool as surpisingly there are quite a few entries that have been elminated from Survivor 1 by week 5.

Playoff:

1) Assign each team a number of points from 1 to 14. Using each number only once.

2) Each time a team wins, the points are added to your 'Total Points'.
The team you believe will end up with the highest number of wins should be given 14.
What you consider being the team with the least chance of winning a game should be given 1.

3) The winner will be the person with the highest point total after the Super Bow
l.

4)
Multiple cash prizes will be awarded depending upon the number of entries.

5)Tie breakers will be decided by the highest points for the SuperBowl winning team.

6) The standings will not show each person's team points until the start of the first playoff game. You will be able to view and edit your own up to the start of the first playoff game after which time your entry is locked. Team point averages will be displayed once six entries have been completed.

7) Note that the #1 seeded teams have a bye the first week. Thus, their points can not be earned.

8) The playoff pool starts once the teams have been set. The pool is open until the start of the first playoff game.
